A lovely late 17th century engraved map with modern full hand color.  Depicts the Netherlands (entirety of Prussia as it existed during the 15th century). Heavily detailed with place names denoted by tiny red cathedral-like symbols, mountains and rivers. Ornate vignette cartouche at top left depict two Goddesses (Goddess of Fire and Goddess of Wheat?) surrounded by cherubs. Compass rose and rhumb lines at top center.

In VG+, clean condition with original fold lines, as issued. Lovely modern full hand color.  Some extraneous creasing along bottom of one fold will matt out once framed.  Sheet measures c. 14" x 11 3/4"; image area measures c. 13" x 10 3/4."
