Fine and decorative 18th-engraved map with lovely full hand color.  In southern Florida we note a curious assortment of islands w/ a mountain chain going down the center of the state, a huge Louisiana (pre-Purchase), and Apache Indians in the South Western US.  Includes much of the Caribbean across to southern (Baja) California.  Inset at upper right of the Azores Islands.  Much else of interest.

In near fine clean condition; original fold line, as issued. Sheet measures c. 16" x 11 1/2."
