A wonderful and large detailed late 19th century lithographed nautical map of this region. Baltimore city plan at upper left. Wonderfully detailed, with sailing directions, tidal list, and recognition view across the top.
In VG to VG+ clean antiquarian condition. Perfect for framing or for research.
Paper is still in pretty good shape, the actual map does NOT have dark lines along the folds like seen in the photo- the lighting seems to accentuate and exaggerate it.
Sheet measures 29 1/2" x 21." Map area measures 27" x 17."
