An uncommon early 19th century map of the Netherlands, depicting the political divisions as they then existed. Depicts the very southern region of modern day Holland, what is actually now mostly Belgium and Luxemburg. Of interest are the various Duchy's. At bottom left is a charming vignette scene of the church and village of Waterloo, site of Napoleons then recent defeat. Beautifully hand colored. In near fine, clean condition.
