Depicts the ancient Chinese city from a distance, with the city walls and buildings in the distance, framed by the mountains that rise behind them. In the foreground are a number of people, including a man on horseback, who are perhaps travelers. Shows the river, several bridges, and the surrounding landscape dotted with trees, fields, and tiny figures. With a nice border and an elegant title banner at the top of the image. With beautiful hand color. In VG+ to near excellent antiquarian condition, with two small spots on either side of the engraved image in the margins (neither detracting). Original fold line as issued.
