Lowry. A fascinating group of (8) original steel engravings on electricity. Several of the sheets show a number instruments relating to the early efforts to generate and store electricity, while others illustrate experiments and electricity's early applications. The group displays a high level of engraving detail.
In VG+ antiquarian condition, with some light foxing/fading to margins (not in the least detracting). Sheets measure c. 10 3/4"H x 8 1/4"W, image areas vary.
