An attractive, mid 18th-century map of the island of Java, located in the Malay Archipelago between the Java Sea and the Indian Ocean.
In VG+ condition overall, very attractive and visually pleasing. A small brown spot is the only point worth mentioning, not in any way detracting visually from this nice map. With an elaborate and appealing large title cartouche. With beautiful hand color.
