This very uncommon 17th-century map locates countless towns with small turrets, and shows mountains, forests and rivers.   It depicts the provinces of Flanders, Brabant, Namur, and Gelderland, thus comprising much of present-day Netherlands and Belgium.  Several sailing ships embellish the North Sea.  Note that the orientation of this map is such that the top of the sheet points east, north to the right.

A very pleasing example of this scarce map.  In VG+ to near excellent antiquarian condition.

On a c. 15 3/4" W x 10 1/4" H sheet; image area c. 9 3/4" W x 7 1/4" H.
