A very appealing stereoscope view of the plain were Scottish troops under the leadership of William Wallace defeated the army of King Edward in 1297.  This particular card is in lovely clean condition and shows the tower built in Wallace's honor.  The tones are rich and the resolution is very sharp.   The full title as well as the number 2660T are printed at the lower right.  Text on the reverse relates  the rich history of the region.

In near excellent, clean antiquarian condition with great visual appeal.  Measures 7" x 3 1/2".  Text on the back.
