Note: to see a close-up of this picture, click on the area you wish to see. A very appealing stereoscope view of the ancient city. A man attired in a traditional uniform stands in the right foreground. Behind him the Acropolis, the Parthenon, and the palace of the king are all clearly discernible. This particular view is in lovely clean condition. The tones are rich and the resolution is very sharp. The full title as well as the number V17124 T are printed at the lower right. Text on the reverse provides a detailed account of the city and its history. In near excellent, clean antiquarian condition with great visual appeal. Measures 7" x 3 1/2". Text on the back.
