A wonderful mid-18th century map of this Arctic region of northern Rusia, with a large title cartouche, bold rhumb lines radiating out from a compass rose, and pleasing full hand color.
Very appealing visually, in near excellent antiquarian condition on a c. 15 5/8" W x 10 1/8" H sheet, image area c. 13 3/4" W x 8 1/2" H. Attractively hand colored.
