An early 19th century period 1/4 leather binding. Red leather spine w/ gilt title. Paper covered pictorial boards, lightly soiled. Joints leather cracked at heads. Binding tight and sound.
Mostly clean internally w/ light foxing. Folding engraved "Map of America" at frontis. Eighty-four engraved views. Many engravings depict Native American Indians.
In VG+ condition. A nice, complete example of this desirable 19th century Americana.
Book measures 4" x 6 1/2." 120 pp.
