Early 19th century period full leather binding. Gilt title on contrasting black leather spine label. Binding exhibits
edge wear, top board detached, rear joint rubbed and cracked at head.
Internally toned w/ two folding maps. Engraved frontis CT map and frontis portrait of Oliver Wolcott, Governor of the State of Connecticut. Portrait w/
damp staining and tear. Connecticut map torn with 50% loss, Rhode Island map complete, with old hand-stitched repair, in pieces. Lacks endpapers.
In Good condition only.
A book sufficiently rare and desirable to warrant selling thus
as a working copy.
