A charming green hardcover with pictorial front board. Spine cloth and board extremities somewhat darkened to brown. Top board embossed in dark green with the village of anthropomorphized bunnies.
Mostly very clean internally, illustrated. Small tag tipped in at front "The net proceeds of the sale of these books will be sent directly to Paris for the benefit of the little Refugee Children of France. These books can be purchased at the Old Corner Book Store, Inc. / 29 Bromfield Street, Boston".

In VG+ clean condition. A rare illustrated children's book from the WWI era.
