An early 19th century publisher's period cloth binding. Paper title label on smooth spine; spine cloth sunned, chipped at ends and split at joint extremities. Cloth gently rubbed, one board corner bumped. Textblock sound. 

Light foxing / age-toning confined mostly to the first and last few pages. Old signature on title page, "Mrs. John D. W. Williams".
