fine late 19th / early 20th century period red full leather binding. Ornately
gilt spine in six compartments w/ gilt title and raised bands; leather very
slightly nicked at spine extremities but this is quite minor and the book
retains a very appealing shelf appearance. Boards ruled in gilt. Joint leather
rubbed, mostly at joint ends. Lovely patterned gilt inner dentelles.
Binding tight and sound. a.e.g.

very clean internally. Engraved frontis, w/ tissue guard, depicts Queen
In
VG+ to near fine, clean condition. A highly appealing fine red leather binding
w/ beautiful shelf appearance. Book measures c. 5 7/8" x 8 3/8". 744
