nice late 19th century period red half leather binding. Spine w/ gilt
title and author, gilt-adorned raised bands; spine leather stained near head but
this is not visually detracting from this shelf appearance. Red half leather and
pebbled cloth boards very lightly soiled, leather rubbed from corners. Binding
tight and sound.
