A fine clean example of this leather bound volume containing 2 well illustrated catalogues of rare book sales, one for 1977 and one for 1969. Blue leather spine, brown cloth boards. Title in red leather, gilt letters.
1977 sale is "Important and Valuable Printed Books and Manuscripts", 82 pp., full page plates on virtually every other page. 1969 (July 1) sale is "Important Oriental Manuscripts and Miniatures", 163 pp., again profusely illustrated with full page illustrations. Both sales have their prices realized laid in.
Clean and fine condition, essentially almost like new. Nice book, uncommon bound thus. To bind a book like this would easily run $75 alone. Book measures c. 9 7/8" H x 7 3/4".
