In a nice period 1/2 leather binding. Raised bands, gilt title, spine in six ornately gilt-ruled compartments. Engraved frontis, profusely illustrated with engraved plates, some folding. t.e.g.
In VG+ to near excellent clean condition, gently worn, binding sound and tight. Mostly clean internally, some of the plates with light scattered foxing. Deckled edges, appears to almost be a large paper copy. Measures 7" x 10" H. Uncommon so well preserved and with such appealing visual appearance.
