In a period full leather binding, title in gilt on contrasting leather spine labels with gilt-ruled bands. With c.25 engraved portrait plates of American Lawyers. Appears to be a custom bound volume of assorted 19th-century law periodicals. Includes several early issues of the "United States Monthly Law Magazine" from 1850- 52, etc.
In VG+ condition, mostly clean, well preserved. Sound and tight binding with light shelf wear, couple tiny age holes on spine, leather supple.
Measures 6" W x 9" H.
Would seem to be a scarce mid-19th century Law book with a profusion of engravings of period American Lawyers.
