Lovely 2 volume set in fine period 3/4 crushed morocco leather bindings. Raised bands, compartments outlined in gilt rules with gilt devices in each corner and centers. t.e.g., deckled edges, profusely illustrated with 26 plates which are protected by titled tissue guards. In VG+ condition, clean inside and out, only minimal wear, bindings sound and tight.
Each volume measures c. 5 1/4" x 8" H vol 1: 339 pp, vol 2: 389 pp.
Note that this stands alone and is complete within itself, but it was issued as part of a larger limited edition set. This pair is #93 of 600 signed/ limited sets.
