Heavily ornately gilt spine in six gilt-ruled compartments, each containing decorative gilt devices , with gilt title and raised bands. Marbled boards; boards perhaps slightly rubbed but nothing aside of typical light shelf wear. Leather at joints and spine extremities gently worn, perhaps a touch of light rubbing to the spines, but this clearly does not detract from the beauty of this handsome binding and it is in fact much nicer than typically encountered.
