598 pp. Period green full crushed morocco leather binding. Spine in 6 compartments, heavily gilt ornamented, with raised bands. Boards gilt ruled in outline, gilt devices in the corners. Ornate gilt inner dentelles. Binders tag for P. Low of Boston. Early owners name in gilt on front board. Binding is rubbed and worn along the joints, leather chipped a bit at head of spine. a.e.g. Hinges tight, text block square and tight. Minor light scattered foxing throughout, but overall still quite well preserved and appealing.
Nice shelf appearance. Book measures c. 4 7/8"W x 7 3/4"H. A nice book.
