Period full leather binding, engraved frontis of the author, other very charming copper-plate engravings integrated with text (including portraits of Saints, interior scenes, mystical scenes with angels, etc.).
In Good condition, text block split in half with some loose pagers as well, boards detached (alas). Internally clean however, and could be nicely rebound (and would certainly be worth it, since it is obviously a scarce 17th century book and very nice). From a theological library, with a rubber stamp on the title page. 5" W x 7 1/2" H. 443 pages.
