Volume II (only), but is complete unto itself since it was issued some time after the first volume (perhaps years based on the introduction) and is comprised of a series of letters which are all short medical observations/ cases, each one being complete like a mini case study. 18th century full leather binding, joints worn and splitting, but still holding firmly, text block tight. With 4 large fold-out engraved medical plates at rear.
In VG to VG+ condition overall, joints starting, some wear at extremities, binding otherwise sound, mostly clean internally.
Measures c. 5" x 8." 424 pages + index.
