Four volume set in 3/4 red leather bindings, illustrated plates and diagrams throughout.
Titles for each volume are:
Vol. 1- "Photochemie und Beschriebung der Photographischen Chemicalien... "
Vol. 2 - "Das Licht im Dienst der Photographie und Neuesten Fortschritte"
Vol. 3- "Die Photographische Praxis"
Vol. 4 - "Photographische Kunstlehre oder Die Kunstlerischen Grundsatze der Lichtbildnerei".
In VG condition, gently worn, spines scuffed and darkened a bit adding some age patina, bindings sound, internally clean. Clean ex-libris, with perforated stamps to title pages.
Many (hundreds total) illustrations throughout the set, some tipped in plates at rear of vol. 1 and in volume 4.
Each volume measures c. 6 1/2" W x 9" H.
Rare set. Issued over a period of years.
